Our 30-day money-back guarantee

Profit Leak Finder is a one-time digital purchase. If you decide it wasn't worth it, for any reason, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of the date you bought it.

How to ask for a refund

• Email support@ownersmargin.com from the address you used at checkout, or include that address in your message.
• Say you'd like a refund. You don't have to give a reason, though we're grateful if you do.
• That's all. There's no form and nothing to return.

What happens next

• We confirm by email and issue the refund within 2 business days of your request.
• The money goes back to the card or payment method you used, through Stripe. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.
• We refund the full price you paid, including any sales tax collected.

After the 30 days

Requests made more than 30 days after purchase aren't covered by the guarantee. If something went wrong, such as a file that won't open or a duplicate charge, contact us anyway and we'll make it right.

Duplicate or mistaken charges

If you were charged twice or didn't mean to buy, email us and we'll refund the extra charge right away, at any time.

Please contact us before disputing a charge

A refund from us is faster than a card dispute and gets the same result. If you file a dispute, we'll still honor this policy.

The guarantee is about whether you're satisfied with the product. It isn't a promise of any financial result. Profit Leak Finder gives estimates based on your own inputs; see the results disclaimer.
